JOSEPH CROSLAND
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
My work journey started early, sweeping floors at a nut packaging company in Salt Lake City when I was just 13 years old. This was followed by five years working nights and weekends at a moving company, instilling in me a work ethic that I carry to this day. The resolve and commitment I developed propelled me into a corporate sales career, and eventually to Las Vegas at 21, where I transitioned into the construction industry.
With over two decades in construction management now, having managed projects of various size in commercial, residential, and multi-family, I take immense pride in seeing each project through from conception to completion. Every new project is an opportunity to create something exceptional. My proactive approach, combined with a deep-rooted sense of honesty, integrity, and loyalty, has allowed me to outperform in a competitive field. My early years in Las Vegas, working during one of its busiest construction booms, taught me the value of effective communication and collaboration, principles that continue to guide me.
Away from the construction site, my life is anchored by my family. I cherish the time I spend with my wife and two daughters. My idea of relaxation includes adventurous travel and exhilarating outdoor activities like off-road racing, snowboarding, mountain biking, or boating. It's this balance between professional intensity and personal fulfillment that keeps me focused and driven.
