Terms & Conditions

 

1. Liability Disclaimer: 

New Century Homes provides maintenance services based on the hours purchased by the client Clients are responsible for scheduling the appropriate number of hours to complete the necessary tasks. For clients on the Unlimited Home Maintenance package, New Century Homes' Liability is limited to routine maintenance tasks, We are not liable for issues that arise due to lack of maintenance, improper scheduling, or failure to prioritize tasks appropriately. Our liability only extends to the amount of your subscription is billed at. Additionally, we are not liable for things we can't see or things we aren't made aware of by the client. The client is responsible to info us of anything they see and are solely responsible for the maintenance of their homes. Any damage caused by improper home maintenance or regular wear and tear in the course of home ownership is solely the responsibility of the client and New Century Homes shall only be held liable for the work we have completed, not the work we have been scheduled to complete in the course of your maintenance schedule.


2. Material Costs: Basic, Premium, and Pay-As-You-Go Plans: 

Basic, Premium, and Pay-As-You-Go Plans: Materials will be billed at fixed rates. Clients will receive an itemized invoice for materials used during each visit, ensuring transparency.

Unlimited Home Maintenance Plan: Materials are included in the subscription. However, High-cost materials (e.g., specialty parts or designer fixtures) are subject to additional costs, but routine materials are covered. Additionally, we are not liable for any discontinued or unavailable materials.


3. Task Time Guarantees: 

New Century Homes guarantees that clients will not be charged for additional time if tasks take longer than the predetermined tie frame. Should any task require more time than initially allocated, we will discuss additional options and provide transparent communication before proceeding. You will never be billed for an overage on time if we can't complete a scheduled task under regular conditions. If we arrive to complete a scheduled task but have to move a substantial amount of items in order to complete that task , causing significant delays to our work, we reserve the right to discuss the additional work required with the client. The Client can choose to have us move on to another task, giving them time to remedy the situation or we can take care of that for you and bill you for that additional time prorated to your subscriptions hourly rate.


4. Hourly Rollover Policy:

Pay-As-You-Go Clients: Hours are used as they are purchased. There is no rollover.

Monthly Subscription Clients: Hours never expire as long as the subscription is active, allowing clients to accumulate hours for larger projects.

Yearly Subscription Clients: Hours never expire as long as the subscription is active, allowing clients to accumulate hours for larger projects.

Unlimited VIP Clients: Hours are unlimited for the duration of the subscription.


5. Multiple Workers and Team Efficiency: 

Subscription hours are based on a per individual basis. Larger hour subscriptions allow New Century Homes to send multiple workers to complete tasks faster. For example, if a client has a 4-hour subscription, four workers may be sent to complete the tasks in 1 hour. This ensures minimal disruption to the client's schedule while completing the work efficiently.
